GLA:D™ Canada Program

Stronger Hips & Knees Start Here

Evidence-Based Care for Hip & Knee Pain/Osteoarthritis

The GLA:D™ Canada (Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark) program is an internationally recognized, evidence-based education and exercise program designed to help people with hip and/or knee pain/stiffness/osteoarthritis. Move better, feel stronger, and get back to what matters most.

Led by Dr. Jenna St. Martin, DC, this program combines guided education with structured, progressive exercise in a supportive small group setting. Dr. Jenna is a certified GLA:D™ Canada provider and chiropractor.

“I utilize an active, exercise-based approach in my practise to maintain joint health and improve function. I run the GLA:D™ Canada program because too many people with hip and knee issues are told to slow down or avoid activity, when what they really need is the right kind of movement, at the right level, with the right guidance. This program gives you a clear path to build strength, improve function, and get back to what matters to you.”

What is the GLA:D™ Canada Program?

GLA:D™ is a structured 7-week program that includes:

  • 2 Education Sessions (90 minutes)
Learn what’s happening in your joints, what actually helps, and how to manage symptoms confidently
  • 12 Supervised Exercise Sessions (60 minutes)
Strength, stability, and functional exercises tailored to your current ability
  • Individualized Progression
Exercises are adjusted based on where you are—not a one-size-fits-all approach

This isn’t passive care. It’s an active, evidence-based approach focused on long-term results. Initial assessment can be billed through chiropractic extended health benefits and subsequent sessions may be covered (check with your provider for more details).
